Our Firm

Our firm began as Status Group LLC in 2007. We envisioned a comprehensive, business development consultancy for new and existing businesses. Our goal was to provide a seamless strategy for the entrepreneur with various aspects of business services and in house professionals.

With the recession upon us, we quickly understood that our clients would best be served by assisting them with financial facilitation of developmental capital. This was a true learning experience, navigating treacherous waters, while attempting to prove and substantiate a safety net of investors for our clients. Conversely, our investors required that we provide them with experienced business professionals, in their preferred investment space. Our value became two-fold: protect the client from predators and scammers claiming to be investors, and protect our investors from unscrupulous potential fraud while minimizing their time spent on identifying real projects.

Our model changed from a walk in brick and mortar office to a rapid development of a global network of associates that would provide us with a steady stream of clients and investors. This was the birth of Status Group International in 2009. With this new direction, we worked on refining our services to expedite the investment requirements, thereby saving money on both sides. As gatekeepers for our investor resources, we take the responsibility for the new project. However both parties must acknowledge that we are not brokering/dealing or negotiating any transaction, only introducing, facilitating and consulting.

Status Group International today is truly a capital facilitation and business development consultancy with a team of investor resources, vetted and sourced, that can provide debt, equity or combination, as well as a C-Suite Executive team of professional service providers. Our associates are on every continent and continuously recommend qualified sponsors for our business services and seasoned investors.
